When we asked them to make our stay better and accommodate us for being woken up in the middle of the night we were offered a $15 play card at the hotel! Why would someone want a $15 play card when they are checking out? Bell boys beg for tips and carry on about tips being there only way to make money & asked us to “TREAT HIM GOOD”. Alarms going off at 1:30AM and didn’t stop until 2:00AM, guests sitting in lobby with young children at this time during FALSE alarms going off, harassing security. where do I begin? Worst experience ever!!!!! Customer Service is terrible, rude, and does not accommodate guests.
